New Delhi, Sep 6: Past few horror flicks like Razz 2, 1920 and others have managed to thrill the audience with its dreadful element. Taking the thrill forward Vikram Bhatt has decided to debit the renowned franchisee of Razz in its third installment, but he doesn't really maintain the decorum of the series and ruins it in the end.

Shanaya Shekhar, played by Bipasha Basu, the most happening actress in the B-town has everything is her piggy to keep herself amongst the most found divas in Tinsel Town. But her ageing factor comes her way when Esha Gupta a newbie in the industry overtakes her glory.

Shanaya, desperate to destroy Sanjana and regain her lost glory, walks on the evil way of Black Magic which is mostly prevalent in backwards areas. Tara Dutt, played by Manish Choudhary, a modern ‘Tantrik', supports Shanaya by offering her a jar of purified evil water. The evil liquid is supposed to be poured inside Sanjana but has to be presented to her by a reliable person because “unreliable people can't really be relied on anymore”.

Enters Shanaya's boyfriend, a film Director Aditya Arora portrayed by Emraan Hashmi, who do this job for her. A series of nightmares, women wailing, caricatures of evil are portrayed.  Unsurprisingly Adi, not by the evil spirits but by Sanjana's sober nature, is trapped and falls in love with her. So now Adi helps her to get rid of the evil torture. Finally will Shayana be successful to destroy Sanjana, that's how the story deals further.

Taking a note of the ups and downs of the drama, portray of the story doesn't excites or thrill you in any way. As mentioned above, it looks moreover a caricature, for some of the evil spirit portrayed, which will make you laugh instead of giving you goosebumps. The attack of the flying cockroaches seems no where touching or hurting Sanjana, it is just sound, which adds to the motion. Adi, instead of calming Sanjana and slapping her for her outburst, takes a moment to prove that he is still serial kisser. What add to the spoiler in the flick is when the evil spirit sermons Shayana about the God has the only right to take lives, instead he himself kills Sanjana's maid.

Performance wise Bipasha stands out with her evil game in the flick. Though she has a negative role but proves to be hero with her act.  Emraan with his rising graph performance looks good but is overshadowed by Bengali beauty. Esha Gupta showers her beauty as an actress but lacks expressions when needed.

Music has always been the plus point for Bhatt camp. But this time it disappoints you. “Deewana kar raha Hai” and “Raaz hai” are the only tracks which keep you intact but don't conquer you lips for long.

Director Vikram Bhatt tries to hold the momentum in the first half but loses in the second.

I will go **  out of 5 for the thriller. Just step into the cinemas for outstanding Bipasha who carries the entire flick on her shoulders.
