New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Leela Bhansali seem to now becoming best of friends with each passing film and the fourth film together signifies their infinite bond.
Yes, Pee Cee has bagged another offer and this will be her fourth association with Bhansali after Ram Leela, Mary Kom and Bajirao Mastani.
While in Ram-Leela, Priyanka sizzled the screen with her sensuous item number, in Mary Kom (produced by Bhansali), she played an athlete boxer. In SLB's next ‘Bajirao Mastani', the actress plays a character named Kashibai.
According to a leading daily, “Priyanka has just started shooting for ‘Bajirao Mastani' and on one of the days, Bhansali discussed quite a few things with her, including the response to ‘Mary Kom' and her role as Kashibai in his current film. He also briefed her about another film that he is planning, which is going to be an intense love story. Priyanka liked the idea and has agreed to be part of the film. However, rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.”
With all this happening around, looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali has completely forgotten Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with whom he has given a brilliant trilogy of ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', ‘Devdas' and ‘Guzarish'.
Earlier, it was rumoured that the Bachchan Bahu was offered to perform the item number, which finally went to Pee Cee. For now she in no where in the frame that is entirely covered by Priyanka.
The ‘Black' actress Rani Mukerji too for some time was Bhansali's favorite while Deepika also garnered a space in director's heart.
But they all seem be replaced by the former Miss World who is directors' latest muse.
