New Delhi: The actresses in B-town are quite popular for their cold war and cat fights. The divas are often spotted bitching or taking a dig at each other.
However, there are some leggy lasses as well, who stand out of the crowd and flaunt an amazing bond with their colleagues.
Two of such divas are Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
The two actresses have been known as the best of friends and are often seen supporting and praising each other.
On the professional front, both PeeCee and Deepika have come a long way, from ruling the Bollywood to create a niche for themselves in Hollywood.
However, success and competition is something that does not spare any one; and comparison often adds fuel to the fire.
Even Priyanka and Deepika have faced this. The two divas have been compared millions of times ever since they shared the screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus ‘Bajirao Mastani'.
But the two actresses didn't let this comparison affect their friendship instead this has strengthen their bond.
And now as both PeeCee and DP are all set to make their Hollywood debut with ‘Baywatch' and ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' respectively, the bug of comparison hits their bond once again.
Several comparisons are being made about who will come out to be a better actresses at the international level.
However, this time Priyanka Chopra has decided to put all the comparisons at rest.
Recently, when the ‘Barfi' actress was quizzed about her comparison with the ‘Tamasha' actress, she gave the most befitting reply ever.
PeeCee stated, “We are compared when we do films in Hindi only. Of course there will be, and there should be and why not? Deepika is a friend of mine and I always wish her well. Her look from the film is really great. I wish her luck and hope she continues doing great work whether in Bollywood or Hollywod.”
Isn't that an exemplary answer?
Priyanka Chopra has once again proved that she is the perfect combination of beauty with brains and she knows how to strike a balance in the professional and personal relations.
