Bangalore: Bollywood actress Prachi Desai wants to act in a romantic film, probably opposite Aditya Roy Kapur, who already has an impressive fan following for his performance in Vishesh Bhatt's "Aashiqui 2".

"I have done comedy, cult and period films, but never acted in a love story. I really want to do a romantic film. There are many actors on my mind. May be I want to act with Aditya Roy Kapur," Prachi told PTI here on the sidelines of an event organised by Bosch Power Tools (India) here.

After starring in a string of flops like "London Dreams", "Action Replayy" and "Guzaarish", Aditya rose to fame
with Mohit Suri's directorial "Aashiqui 2", which became a box office blockbuster.

The actor also went to star in a supporting role in another blockbuster "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani". Asked whether she has been offered a negative role as she had expressed her willingness to do, Prachi said, "Not yet. But I love to play different types of characters."

Asked if it was unfair that she was not cast in the sequel of "Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai", Prachi said, "Call it unfair or whatever you want. The beauty of the sequel is that the story changes and which is why you see new people stepping in and doing different things in that particular film."

Prachi said her next film is due to be announced nextweek. "There are a lot of scripts that I am reading," she
said. Prachi said she loves dancing but did not have a formal training. "The occasional film awards and the kind of job I do in films, keeps me closer to dance, luckily," she said.
