New Delhi: Aamir Khan's PK is going rock-solid at box office and as a result within twelve days of its release the movie has minted enormous Rs 469 cr gross worldwide.
According to a leading website Koimoi, Rs 365 cr has been collected in India alone while the rest Rs 113 cr amount is recovered from overseas. The movie has already taken the second spot at worldwide box office list by beating Shah Rukh Khan's ‘Chennai Express' and now only Dhoom 3 (Rs 525 cr gross) remains to be brought down by it.
Taking a look at its nett collection, the movie is least perturbed in its second week as on Tuesday i.e., 12th day of its release PK made a steady collection of Rs 9.11 cr to cross the Rs 250 cr mark.
The Rajkumar Hirani's directorial now stands with its twelve days collection of Rs 255.77 cr nett in India. No movie stands near in comparison to the pace with which PK is running at box office.
Today and tomorrow this satirical-comedy is expected to witness a good jump considering the New Year celebrations. And around Rs 25 cr go nowhere. PK should end its second week at a total of around Rs 280 cr and if everything goes, it will become the biggest blockbuster of all time surpassing Dhoom 3.
