Patna, Oct 31: LJP supremo Ramvilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan who debuts in ‘Miley Naa Miley Hum' today said he is keen to make a mark in the film industry.

“I hope to prove my worth with the success of the movie....I don't have reservations about politics. But I wish to consolidate my presence and make a mark in the film industry,” Chirag told reporters.

The debutante's family, including heavyweight politician father, looked on happily as Chirag continued.

Turning to the Maverick Production film he said, “I am really excited about MNMH which has a specific theme apart from the love angle and hope it will be a potboiler.”

To a question, Chirag said he will not go for any comparison with films like ‘Rockstar' or ‘Ra.One', “but I am confident that our film will be liked by family audience.”

Denying report of any differences between him, co-stars and the producer Anuj Saxena, Chirag said the story centred on a young tennis player, stuck between parents and his relationship with three girls who enter his life at different points of time.

“Why not”, was the reply of Chirag when asked whether he would invite Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, an arch rival of his father in politics, to watch his movie.

“I will rather appeal to chief ministers of all the states to watch the movie,” he added rather diplomatically. To another question whether the movie will meet similar fate like his father whose party fared badly in the 2010 assembly polls in Bihar, he said “there is much difference between film industry and politics.”

Chirag's co-actor Kangana said “I think his stature will rise in the industry.”

To another query, Chirag said “it always benefits if you have a strong family background... but one can only sustain in any field due to continued effort and talent.”

With Kangana, Neeru Bajwa and Sagarika Ghatge as the leading ladies and Kabir Bedi, Poonam Dhillon and Suresh Menon in other principal roles, the film is set for an all India release on November 4.
