Mumbai, Jul 22: Bollywood star of yesteryears Manoj Kumar has been hospitalized as he is suffering from gastritic and swelling in gall bladder.
Manoj Kumar told India TV on phone that his fans should not worry, and he would be discharged from hospital in a day or two.
Manoj Kumar is known as Mr Bharat for portraying patriotic roles in Bollywood movies.
The 76-year-old star is popular for his films Hariyali Aur Raasta, Woh Kaun Thi?, Himalaya Ki God Mein, Do Badan, Upkar, Patthar Ke Sanam, Neel Kamal, Purab Aur Paschim, Roti Kapda Aur Makaan, and Kranti.
He will be celebrating his birthday on July 24.
