New Delhi: Mandana Karimi has been in the spotlight for quite a while now; thanks to her antics in the on-going reality show Bigg Boss 9.
She has already created enough drama inside and it seems like she is all ready to create some more, but this time outside the Bigg Boss house.
As she is the lead actress of the an upcoming adult-comedy ‘Kya Super Kool Hain Hum 3', which is slated to release on 22nd January, the makers of the film want her to come out of the show and get engage in the promotional activities.
According to a leading daily, Mandana's contract with Balaji Motion Pictures, the producers of the film, included a clause that requires her to assign at-least 10 days to film's promotions, which doesn't seem to be happening right now.
Her co-stars Tusshar Kapoor and Aftab Shivdasani are making full efforts to promote the film but without the lead actress, who is the biggest USP in such films, they can't make much of a difference.
Before entering the show, Mandana paid a visit to producer Ekta Kapoor where she was told that the film would release anytime between January and Febuary 2016.
But after seeing no efforts from her side to come out of the show, Ekta seems to be miffed at the actress.
Aman Gill, CEO of Balaji Motion Pictures said, ”We are happy that the TV show has made her popular but Mandana has contractually committed to us and will have to adhere by it. She had signed with us much before entering the house.”
Though his statement has a hint of a legal action against the actress but only time will tell how things will pan out.
