On November 5, an envelope containing obscene pictures of the actress was dropped at her Malabar hill residence, following which she submitted the complaint.
The pictures were sent to the school where the actor's children study, and also to her close friends in south Mumbai.
Police say a family dispute could be the reason behind the harassment, wherein the idea is to mentally trouble the actress.
DCP (Zone 2) Nisar Tamboli said, “We are speaking to the people concerned. Hopefully, we will get leads that will help us in nailing the culprits.”
