New Delhi: While the Diwali festival is at its peak, Krrish 3's Box Office collection is unperturbed. The flick following a bumber opening has collected collected Rs. 23 crore on Day 2.
The two day collection is now Rs. 48 crore in India. Confirms, trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, “Krrish3 is fabulous on Day 2. Despite pre-Diwali festivities at its peak. Collects Rs. 23 cr [Hindi + Tamil + Telugu] on Sat. Outstanding!”
On Day 1, the super hero flick minted Rs. 25 crore and became the third highest opening day grosser of Bollywood following ‘Chennai Express' (33.12 cr) and ‘Ek Tha Tiger' (32.93 cr).
Krissh 3 has also become the biggest grosser around Diwali. 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' which was released on Diwali last year garnered Rs 15.23 crore on its opening day while ‘Ra. One' which hit the screens at Diwali 2011 collected Rs 18 crores on the first day.
Well, critics have also given a thumps up to this superhero flick and with big holidays around Krrish 3 is expected to hit the jackpot.
