Mumbai, Jun 10 : Filmmaker Kiran Rao wants to see her husband Aamir Khan dancing like a rapper.
“I would really like to see Aamir dancing like Imran, wearing a lot of chains and rings and dancing like a rapper,” Kiran said during the launch of one of the songs ‘Switty Tera Pyaar Chaida' from the upcoming film ‘Delhi Belly'.
Kiran has directed this track in which Imran is seen sporting a jacket and a cap worn sideways and quite a few number of chains around his neck.
To add to effect, choreographer Rajesh Yadav has give appropriate hip-hop moves to not only Imran, but to co-actors Vir Das and Kunal Roy Kapur as well, who also feature in the video.
“I had great fun while shooting the song. While directing the song, I realised that it is every guy's dream to be a rapper,” Kiran said.
Produced by Aamir and Kiran, ‘Delhi Belly' stars Imran Khan, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Poorna Jagannathan, Vir Das and Shenaz Treasurywala. It has been co-produced by UTV Motion Pictures and releases on July 1.
The song ‘Switty...' is a very underground, rap style, with Imran grooving to the beats.
“For the first time Imran will be seen as a rapper and must say he is a very good dancer. I am really impressed with him as a director,” Kiran said. PTI
