New Delhi,Oct 10: Fashion designer Manish Malhotra is kicked about actress Kareena Kapoor's wedding to actor Saif Ali Khan, which will reportedly take place on October 16. He is also designing outfits for the actress.
"Kareena's wedding is like a family wedding, very close to my heart. There are lots of preparations going on and I think it is not fair for me to speak about it," Manish Malhotra said on the sidelines of the ongoing Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week here.
For the D-day, Kareena Kapoor is expected to wear a refurbished version of would-be mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore's traditional garara. Veteran designer Ritu Kumar has added her touch to it. While Malhotra has designed for two other functions for the actress.
He had earlier revealed the clothes will be minimalistic, and will reflect old world charm.
