Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor has reportedly refused to promote her film Milenge Milenge with ex-flame Shahid Kapoor, says a media report.
With her relationship with Saif Ali Khan firm, Kareena doesn't want to rake up her past.
Post- breakup, she had made tall claims about being friendly with Shahid. She had even talked about helping producer Boney Kapoor release the movie. But the actress doesn't seem to be in a mood to follow her words with some action.
At two recent events, Kareena had ample opportunity to promote Milenge Milenge — it will release in a month — but she was mum about it.
Sources say Kareena could be worried about her looks in the movie, which was shot in 2004. Back then, she was quite curvy and voluptuous.
