New Delhi: Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel who has created a lot of buzz in last few months has finally tied the knot with actress Ankita Bhargava.
The couple got married in a lavish wedding ceremony in Mumbai, followed by an equally grand wedding reception.
The actor who must be on the cloud nine after getting a beautiful bride couldn't hide his feelings and took to Twitter to thank his close friend and co-actor Aly Goni for introducing him to Ankita. Karan tweeted, "Thanks to my brother @AlyGoni ... I start a new life with @AnkzBhargava .... We are happy and ALY is my #GodChild."
Karan and Ankita make a beautiful couple. They looked stunning at their wedding functions too. At sangeet ceremony, Ankita wore a lehenga in pink and sea-green and Karan sported a blue silk jacket with trousers.
At the wedding, Ankita chose the Gujarati style lehenga, typically in red, white and gold, whereas Karan looked dapper in a royal orange sherwani teamed up with velvet stole. Both complemented each other and looked happy in each other's company.
