New Delhi: After the success of her ‘Queen' and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns' Kangana Ranaut has been named as one of the leading ladies of Bollywood.
While several directors are looking for a chance to work with the National-award winning actress, but her recent statement must have raised a lot of eyebrows.
Kangana, who has always been seen opposing the fairness cream advertisements, have this time targeted the celebs endorsing such products.
Reportedly Kangana Ranaut stated that she is ashamed of the Bollywood celebrities who endorse fairness cream ads.
The actress was also reported saying that while fairness cream advertisements are very discouraging for Indian women, she is proud of being ‘brown-skinned'.
Kangana Ranuat is currently busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Katti Batti' opposite Imran Khan which is slated to hit the theatres on September 18, 2015.
