John Abraham and Bipasha Basu do want to host a party for the newlyweds Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Sakshi, but not now, reports Bombay Times.
As news came out that John-Bips were going to host a private party for the newly-weds, the media literally hounded both of them. With Dhoni away on Sri Lanka tour, the party date is yet to be decided. Naturally, they are not going to disclose the new date after this week's experience. That will be classified, says the BT report.
A disturbed Bipasha sent an SMS saying how people were “hounding” her. She also said she was being “troubled by every media person” over the party. “Would love to host a get-together for them... but it's their family time now, later for sure,” the actress tweeted.
John, who is worried that the media might camp outside his building tonight in anticipation of Dhoni and Sakshi, said, “When he's in town, Bips and I will have a small sit-down at home with close friends for Mahi. He's not a party person, and neither am I, so it will be just a few of us. I don't want to divulge details. But my home has always been his home when he comes to Mumbai. He's always welcome here. And our idea of a get-together is even having chai together. We've done that often in the past. Only now, Sakshi is his wife.”
The Bollywood hunk, who was called to Dehradun by his friend, was also reluctant to talk about the marriage.
“The media has asked me a lot,” admitted John, “and I chose not to speak about it because it's his privacy that one must respect.”
