Indore, Sep 16: Inspired by Tamil Films, Bollywood actor John Abraham today said he wanted to be known as “action hero”.
“After seeing a Tamil film recently, I felt there is a vacant space in action genre, so I am proving my mettle in upcoming romantic-action film ‘Force',” Abraham said at a press conference here.
He also said that he does only one film a year.
“I want to establish myself as action hero now,” he said.
‘Force', produced by Vipul Shah and to be released on September 30, is about drugs trade and involvement of youth.
“I would advise young generation to stay away from drugs in any form,” he said.
When asked whether he and Bipasha Basu had broken up, he said, “I would not answer personal questions.”
When asked how does he feel when fans dub him as ‘sexiest bachelor', Abraham said, “I feel good but I do not feel sexy.”
On the terror threat which he had received during a shoot in Afghanistan, he said, “Yes it was there...but we did not make it public, and completed our job without any fear.” PTI
