New Delhi: Two years after 25 year old Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's death, her suicide case has made it to the headlines once again after CBI filed a fresh chargesheet in the case last week.
Jiah Khan had committed suicide on June 3rd, 2013. The CBI charge sheet revealed some gruesome details about the case; one of which mentioned that actor Sooraj Pancholi, Jiah's boyfriend extricated her 4 week old foetus and flushed it in the toilet.
With everyone talking about this mysterious suicide, here comes another twist in the case.
According to the media reports, Sooraj Pancholi was well aware that Jiah was suffering from acute depression.
Infact, the ‘Hero' actor had also instructed his male house-help to keep a close eye on her.
According to the CBI chargesheet, during examination the 23-year-old house-help revealed that Jiah had reached Sooraj's Juhu flat crying one morning in May 2013. The actress had her luggage with her and was inconsolable. He stated that Sooraj and Jiah had a conversation for a while after which the former left that place saying he was going to meet the latter's mother.
Sooraj Pancholi had instructed the help to not leave Jiah alone. The house-help recalled Jiah staying at Sooraj's home for a couple of days. He also said that he had seen Sooraj and Jiah having a heated argument once.
The help revealed that he had even heard Sooraj yelling at Jiah over the phone on the fateful night.
According to the CBI report, the house-help has also mentioned an incident from November 2012 stating that Sooraj had asked him to check on Jiah at 11 pm when she was not answering his calls. He added that the actress had opened the door after repeated attempts and was completely drunk. Her hand was bleeding and she had a piece of glass in her hand.
Reportedly, it was also revealed that Sooraj's father Aditya visited Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan on the night Jiah committed suicide. He sat at Jiah's mother's feet and wept uncontrollably.
With new revelations coming up in Jiah Khan suicide case each day, only time will tell if these will put Sooraj Pancholi in a big trouble.
