But all the expectations to set new records at box office from a Salman Khan flick has gone in vain. Within three days of its release Chennai Express and Dhoom 3 entered 100 club in India. While Dhoom 3 made Rs 107.61 cr in three days, Chennai Express grossed Rs 100.42 cr in first weekend.
