The story of the film is set in Chandigarh and sees Alia as a big Kareena Kapoor's fan and Varun as a cricket-obsessed Humpty Sharma. The romance-comedy flick directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan revolves around how Humpty Sharma falls in love with Kavya Pratap Singh (Alia Bhatt) and wins over her family to marry her.
