New Delhi: The father-son duo Rakesh-Hrithik has been one of the most successful director-actor jodis of Bollywood but like it won't be any further. In Rakesh Roshan next untitled venture his son won't play a part and now the rumours mills have started buzzing and they feel there is something fishy in it.
While the reason cited for Hrithik Roshan turning down the offer is the date issues since he is busy shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker ‘Mohanjo Daro', rumours are also making rounds that Hrithik and Rakesh are not on good terms with each other.
Ever since Hrithik separated from his wife Sussanne, he has been living separately from his family and there is continuous quarrel between father and the son.
If there is any truth to that then, having given superhits like Kaho Na Pyar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya, Krissh and Krissh 2, the duo's rough patch isn't good news for Bollywood at all.
Meanwhile, Kunal Kapoor has been roped into play the lead role in Rakesh Roshan's next production. Aditi Rao Hydari, Irrfan Khan, Kunaal Roy Kapur and Vijay Raaz are also expected to be the part of the flick.
According to a leading daily, the untitled comedy-thriller is likely to go on floors by the February end and will be shot in various locations including Mumbai and Lucknow.
Kunal's role requires him to go tough on his body following which he has started working on his physique and is getting trained in kick-boxing and martial arts.
