Hrithik and Aishwarya's lip-lock for the movie became one of the best on-screen kisses of all time. Though Aishwarya's supposed in-laws - Bachchans weren't quite happy about the couple's chemistry, as Aishwarya was getting to married Abhishek in the same year. It was quite obvious that Bachchan's didn't like Hrithik-Aishwarya together; even Sussanne didn't appreciate her husband's decision to kiss on-screen.
But after her marriage Aishwarya again signed up a project opposite Hrithik Roshan, 'Jodha Akbhar'. The film too showcased their hot sizzling love making scene, which again became a much talked about gossip.
It is rumoured that Hrithik was given a sense of mind by his wife, after which both Hrithik and Aishwarya maintained their distances from each other, which was clearly seen in their next project 'Guzaarish'.
The film tanked at box office as it failed to display their romantic sides.
