Mumbai, May 1:  Actress Preity Zinta, whose comeback film ‘Ishkq in Paris' saw a roller coaster ride and is now set for release in late May, says for her human relations are far more important than commercial interest.

‘Ishkq in Paris' is a romantic comedy starring Preity (who is also its producer) and newcomer Rhehan Malliek. The movie, directed by Prem Soni, was scheduled to hit theatres in last year but as Prem was unwell the release date was pushed forward.

“Prem was unwell...he had to go for surgery and I decided not to release the film without him.

I think there are times when we have to give importance to human relations than business and commercial thing,” Preity told reporters at an event related to the film here today.

Considering that release of ‘Ishkq in Paris' was postponed, Preity did make losses as the producer, but she appeared unperturbed.

“Sometimes importance must be given to emotions than business and finance.” ‘Ishkq in Paris', Preity's first home production, will have a solo release on May 24.

It will hit the cinema halls when the IPL will be on its last leg, but the actress does not see that affecting the movie in anyway.

“As a producer we are looking for solo release,” said the 38-year-old actress, who was last seen in 2009 Hindi film ‘Main Aurr Mrs Khanna', in which she did a cameo.

“I agree it's not a safe bet to release the film during IPL. But I don't think it (IPL) will affect the film...I think one can give three hours for a film,” said the co-owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab.

Preity has chalked out plans for the promotion of her film but insisted that she would not cash in on the special song done by Salman Khan.

Asked how she handles anxiety, pressure, the ‘Veer-Zaara' star said, “I react well to pressure, anxiety and all that. I am happy the film is coming out on May 24.”
