Apparently, Pakistan has restrained its cable operators from screening promos and reviews of ‘Ek Tha Tiger' saying that the Bollywood movie is aimed at tarnishing the image of the ISI.
A letter issued by the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, country's media regulatory watchdog, to all satellite TV channels and cable networks says ‘Ek Tha Tiger' is reportedly based on the activities of ISI and RAW.
On the ban in Pakistan, Aamir chose to play safe, saying, “I don't know why they are not showing it there.” Directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Yash Raj Films, the promos of ‘Ek Tha Tiger' show Katrina asking Salman to get married.
