New Delhi: With just a month left for the Valentine's Day, it seems love is already in the air for the celebs, especially in the Television industry after all several hook ups are happening in the glam town these days.
But it's this new couple which is bagging a lot of attention.
We are talking about the newly engaged duo Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya.
The couple got engaged in a private ceremony on Friday in Chandigarh and people can't get enough of this hot couple now.
Divyanka looked ravishing in pink lehenga at her engagement and Vivek's royal blue suit complemented the lady pretty well.
While there are speculations about their wedding date, Divyanka's fiancé Vivek opened up on their relationship, engagement and the wedding plans.
“It wasn't love at first sight. It was an arranged match. We were introduced by a common friend who is also a fellow actor. Then we started looking at each other from a life partner's perspective. We often met after work and eventually started understanding that we are very compatible and similar to each other and we can take it further,” said Vivek while talking to a leading daily.
He further revealed the wedding plans saying, “Marriage is on the cards next. Most definitely this year and that will be decided by our parents. We have come this far. We are going to let our parents take us further. Both our families have met. They are extremely fond of each other. It didn't feel like they were meeting for the first time. We are extremely happy that not just us but even our families have started to share an extremely close bond. All the joking, pulling of each other's legs started from the first day itself.”
The couple are seen together in the popular serial on Star Plus ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein', where Divyanka plays the female lead Ishita Bhalla, whereas Vivek is seen in a supporting role of ACP Abhishek Singh.
