The actress had donned a rich gold coloured anarkali by designer Ritu Kumar, while Sahil complemented her in a red kurta and bandhgala jacket.
Earlier this year, Sahil got down on his knees and proposed to the woman of his dreams on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.
The duo co-own a production house called Born Free Entertainment, which released its second project ‘Bobby Jasoos' earlier this year, featuring actress Vidya Balan in the lead role.
It is expected some of the biggest names from the industry will be part of the wedding as Dia shares a good relation with many from the industry.
The couple had been dating for over five years and after a long wait the actress will be getting married today evening.
