Mumbai: Actress Deepika Padukone on Thursday visited the Siddhivinayak temple to seek blessings for her film "Tamasha" which releases on Friday.
Asked if she also prayed for co-star Ranbir Kapoor, she said: "Yes I did. Ranbir is a talented actor and nobody can take away that from him.
"The ups and down in life are very common and can happen to anybody. I am not worried for him at all. I saw the movie last night and he is outstanding," she said.
"Whenever my film releases, I come here to pray. This time also I am following this, praying for 'Tamasha'. It has become a ritual for me," she said.
Deepika, however, refused to comment on the controversy over Aamir Khan's statement about intolerance.
"This is not the right time to talk about this. Why do you people think I would comment?" she said.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, "Tamasha", which stars Ranbir and Deepika, has music by A.R. Rahman.
