New Delhi: Deepika Padukone cleavage controversy seems to be getting a no full stop.
And after the leading daily recently dedicated an entire article on the controversy as an indirect reply to all the objections that Deepika stated, the actress too have once again cleared her stance.
According to a statement mentioned in another prominent news website, Deepika has straight away cleared her viewpoint and said that how a woman dresses up allows nobody to tout explicit things about her. “Every girl deserves to be treated with respect ... whether an actor, a dancer or a girl walking into a restaurant. How we choose to dress doesn't give someone the right to peddle voyeurism, or eve tease or do anything that is disrespectful to a woman,” said Deepika.
The entire buzz rose to flames when Deepika slams a leading daily on Twitter, Sunday after encountering a news piece titled, ‘OMG! Deepika Padukone's cleavage show.'
The popular news portal targeted the actress and uploaded news content along with a video highlighting Deepika's cleavage revealing dress. Her raging tweets included the one where she said, “YES! I am a Woman. I have breasts AND a cleavage! You got a problem!!??”
The news portal however, garnered more flak from the entire Bollywood and common people after their defensive tweet saying, “It's a compliment! You look so great that we want to make sure everyone knew! :)”
As more and more people started supporting Deepika, #IStandByDeepikaPadukone got trending on Twitter.
While the actress is raving her Bollywood success, the issues are getting intense with every passing day.
According to the reports, Deepika had even given statement saying, “It was unethical for the photographer to click a picture like that. This has nothing to do with being a celebrity or actor. I feel violated as a woman.”
