Mumbai, Jan 18: Chetan Hansraj, one of the most hated actors of television as Sasha in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, will be playing the role of Inaayat Khan in Veer Shivaji to be telecast on Colors.
Historically, Inaayat Khan was appointed as the quiledar of Fort Tarna in Pune by Adil Shah, ruler of Bijapur.
The actor will be seen essaying the role of a man popular for killing people by blowing them off with a canon.
Gearing up for his new avatar, Chetan Hansraj says, "This is different from all other characters that I have played so far.
"Inaayat was ruthless and was one of the most hated people.
"I looked it up on the net and read about him to understand the character.
"Unlike fiction shows,there is a set guideline for characters in a historical show
"I have been preparing for the character and hopefully will be appreciated by the viewers."
