Mumbai, Jun 16: Bollywood actor Celina Jaitley has pushed back her wedding date to avoid a clash with her brother's marriage plans, says an HT report.
Celina was to tie the knot with the Dubai-based Austrian hotelier Peter Haag on September 3. Celina's brother, who works as a Special Forces officer in the Indian army, wanted to get married in July, but since he did not get leave, his wedding has been pushed to September, says Celina.
Celina had planned her wedding in Egypt, but Peter's grandmother hasn't been keeping well and will not be able to travel to Egypt. So, the wedding venue may be shifted to Peter's hometown in Austria.
The couple had met in Dubai last year through common family friends. Peter works with the Jumeira group and has been living in Dubai for the last nine years.
Celina rules out hosting both weddings together, says the report.
"I have dreams of how I want my wedding to be, and I want to enjoy my brother's wedding too. I don't want to be the bride and sweat over twin marriages. Besides, we have different sets of friends. My brother wants to have the wedding at the army headquarters near Indore. I can't get married there", says Celina.
The actor says she will continue to act after marriage.
