The names of John Abraham, Ronit Roy also figure in the listYear: 2002 Name: Salman Khan. Charge: His Landcruiser ran over 5 people sleeping on pavement, killing one, injuring four othrs. The matter is dragging in courts for last 11 years. Year: 2006: Name: John Abraham. Charge: His Hayabusa motorbike hit two persons. A lower court gave his 15 days' imprisonment. Bombay High court held the verdict but under Probation of Offenders Act, John was released on probation.Year: 2011: Name: Ronit Roy. Charge: His mercedes car hit a Maruti Wagon R injuring four people. Matter is pending before a lower court. Year: 2006: Name: Alistair Pereira (a businessman, who has nothing to do with Bollywood). Charge: His Toyota Corolla ran over 15 labourers, crushing seven of them to death. He is presently in jail serving a three years' imprisonment.
