New Delhi: Anushka Sharma's de-glam look in crime thriller ‘NH10' is creating a massive buzz among her fans all over. The actress tried to keep her make-up minimal to suit her role in the flick whose theme is brutal to the core.
While the trailer is dreadfully amazing, Anushka seems to give her best performance till date sans her glam avatar. This makes us recall other Bollywood divas that without applying cosmetics went on to win accolades.
It's just their sheer performances that have made us all overlook the beauty and just get blown with their moving act.

Alia Bhatt in 'Highway'- By going de-glam in just her second flick ‘Highway', Alia Bhatt proved that she can pull off any given role and is not here to just stick as a glamorous doll like her debut flick ‘Student Of The Year'. Kangana Ranaut in ‘Queen'- The ‘Queen' of Bollywood Kangana gave a performance of a lifetime in her last year's release. Just donning a kurti throughout the movie, Kanaga played a shy yet gusty Delhi girl with beauty. As a result, the movie was a slow hit and Kangana won her first Filmfare best actress award.
Raveena Tandon in 'Satta'- The actress played a politician in Madhur Bhandarkar's ‘Satta'. The ‘tip tip barsa pani girl' went on to give a powerful performance in the flick which didn't require her to look alluring.
