Bubly unknowingly robs Tara's car ( the girl he loves) and sells it to Chandal (Jaaved Jafferi), who is a king of money laundering in Chandigarh. But when he realizes that the car belongs to Tara, Bubly reaches Punjab to take it back from the bad man. But will he be able to bring it back. That's how the story deals further.
Unfortunately, along with the non-inventive tale of this flick the necessary rudiments like dialogues and screenplay fall flat and get no moment to balance itself.
