New Delhi: The trailer of ‘Baby' starring Khiladi Akshay Kumar is out and it promises for an action packed superb film in coming January.
The two minute fourteen seconds video is definitely not for babies. Neeraj Pandey who has made a name for himself with films like ‘A Wednesday' and ‘Special 26' is ready to take you to another level with ‘Baby.'
The kind of action films Bollywood has been making in recent times were about senseless fight scenes that rubbishes all scientific theories including gravity. While you watch the trailer of ‘Baby' you begin thinking, thank God this one is different!
After playing an army officer in ‘Holliday', Akshay will again be seen in the role of a counter intelligence officer. He has been doing dangerous stunts and action films for a long time and again in ‘Baby', he will be seen running and jumping out of the buildings.
Anupam Kher who appeared in both of Neeraj Pandey's previous films has again grabbed a role. Wearing a black wig Anupam offers something new with ‘Baby.'
The trailer also features Rana Daggubati who seems like the muscle of the group with his spectacular personality. Kay Kay Menon who is credited for a cameo appearance gets a lot of footage in the trailer for a cameo. Tapsee Pannu is playing the female agent of the team.
Pakistani actor Rasheed Naz who is playing the main antagonist in the film is someone to lookout for. The powerful villain is one ingredient that gives a film a real edge and Mohammad Rehman will surely bring out the best of the agents.
Apart from these actors who are seen throughout the video the real credit must go to the director who has done the magic behind the camera. While watching the trailer the applause for Neeraj comes out automatically.
The film is titled ‘Baby' yet it promises to be the ‘baap' of thrillers.
‘Baby' is produced by T-Series and is scheduled to release on January 23 2015.
