Ayushmann Khurrana will enchant you with his charm in the recently out song titled ‘Dard Karara' from his upcoming ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha.' But, who has turned ultra fascinating with her performance in the song is debutant Bhumi Pednekar.
Both the stars are falling apt on the meter of sweetness and filling the entire video with ultra innocence. While the highlight of the song remains the magnetic vocals of 90s musical pair-Kumar Sanu and Sadhna Sargam, both Ayushmann and Bhumi romancing each other add life to the entire song.
And what not have been incorporated in ‘Dard Karara' to make it look visually aesthetic and at par with the 90s aura! From the special effects, you would instantly relate to songs like ‘Tohfa-tohfa,' ‘Bol Radha bol', the entire mood of the song has its circumference limited in colourful background dancers, vibrant clothes, cheesy expressions and Govinda-like dance steps.
The video opens with Ayushmann recording a Kumar Sanu's piece and as he shuts his eyes, he finds himself shaking a leg with his wife around the hills and alongside rivers.
The music of ‘Dard Karara' transports you to the era where you had no complexities in terms of the usage of musical instruments. As simplistic it sounds, as simple and traditional is the incorporation of the musical instruments viz. dholak, ghungroo, kartal and flute.
The lyrics of the song penned down by Varun Grover are so intriguingly meaningful that once you realize what they actually mean, you would end up saying ‘waah!'
“Abhi abhi dhoop thi yahan pe lo, ab barsaat ki hai dhaara…jeb hai khali, pyar ke sikko se, ao kar le guzaara…” – you've got no escape but to flow with the breeze of this romantic anecdote.
Though the trailer of ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha' has already promised much humour wrapped in an adorable love story, ‘Dard Karara' promises you the desired entertainment. Watch this amusing song here…
