New Delhi: Bollywood actress Asin is all set to marry her long time beau Rahul Sharma today. Superstar Aksay Kumar, who introduced the couple with each other for the first time, would be present in the wedding.
He was also the first to receive the wedding card of the couple.
The wedding ceremony will be held in Hotel Dusit Devarana in Delhi, and will be attended by family and friends.
The bridal dress for Asin's big day is designed by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
Since Asin and Rahul belong to different cultures, their wedding will sport the blend of both.
According to the sources, Asin will marry Rahul as per the Christian and the Hindu rituals both.
The first wedding will take place in Church in the morning and will we attended by 50 guests. The couple will cut a 10 layer cake post their wedding rituals there.
The Christian wedding will be followed by a lunch in a Chinese restaurant in the national capital.
The saat-pheras as per the Hindu rituals will take place in the evening in the presence of 200 guests in Hotel Dusit Devarana and will be followed by a lavish dinner party.
The dinner party will be held in the lawn or the ballroom, depending upon the weather. The menu of the party is Indian and completely vegetarian.
Asin and Rahul have also planned a get-together in the bride-groom's farm house in near Sonali Farms which will reportedly take place on January 20.
The couple will reportedly host a grand reception in Mumbai on January 23rd, which will be attended by their friends from the business world and the film fraternity.
Asin was last seen onscreen in ‘All is Well' opposite Abhishek Bachchan. She has wrapped up all her Bollywood assignments and has taken a sabbatical from acting.
