New Delhi: Actress Anushka Sharma's love affair with cricketer Virat Kohli always garners loads of attention. Both of them are frequently seen together and none of them fret from expressing their love for each other.
So, what started this union between a Bollywood hottie and the test cricket captain?
Anushka has shed some light on this matter.
In a recent candid interview with film critic Anupama Chopra, Anushka Sharma revealed why it works between her and Virat; given that both of them are from two different worlds.
She said, “We both have that sense of normalcy. We both are same people except that I don't have so much aggression as him. Virat is emotionally active. Other than that we both are same people and need same things from life. We are in a relationship that is 'normal'.”

Anushka received a lot of hatred from cricket fans' when Virat performed poorly at the World Cup. She also accepted that it did affect her earlier, but not anymore.
“It is hard for me, when I stand at the stadium and Virat doesn't do well. I feel 'Oh shit, Have I done something wrong?'. Initially it used to happen like that, but then later on I started directing the thoughts on the positive side,” said the ‘Bombay Velvet' actress.
She also seemed to have clear thoughts on attending cricket matches and what sounded like a shout to everyone who doesn't like her attending them, she said; “Either you listen to these people and don't go for a cricket match or Do what I feel like'. I mean if I am in a relationship with Virat and he wants me to be there for the match then why the hell am I listening to them? I know that things aren't happening because they are saying.”
Well, it seems the Anushka- Virat affair is getting spicier with every passing second.
