Respect! Akshay Kumar gives Rs 1 lakh monthly to 30 drought-struck farmers
However, it is not the first time that Akshay Kumar has come forward for a philanthropist work.
When Maharashtra suffered one of the worst droughts earlier this year, Khiladi Kumar came to the rescue. He provided financial aid to the drought struck farmer families. As per sources, he gave Rs 50K to Rs 1 lakh per family every month.
Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly the ‘king' of silver screen but with such philanthropist acts he proved out to be a real life hero too.
