Mumbai: Aanchal Munjal has entered popular TV show "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain" as grown up Pihu and the 16-year-old is nervous and hopes she too gets the same love and affection from the viewers that Amrita Mukherjee received as the younger Pihu.
"Bade Achhe Lagte Hain", produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, has taken an eight-year leap and Amrita, who played five-plus Pihu, has been replaced by Aanchal.
"I am feeling very nervous because younger Pihu (Amrita Mukherjee) was loved a lot... the whole of the audience love her (even now)," Aanchal said here Thursday on the set of the show "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain".
"I hope that they also accept this Pihu (me) and love her as much as they loved younger Pihu," she added.
Aanchal, earlier seen as Raavi in "Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi", hopes to learn from senior actors like Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor, who play her parents in the show.
"I am sure I will get to learn a lot from Sakshi ma'am because whenever I have worked with senior actors, I have always picked up something from them," Aanchal, who has worked in films like "We Are Family" and "Aarakshan", said.
"Sakshi ma'am is very humble, very down to earth and adorable," she added.
