New Delhi: Superstar Aamir Khan, who was the top trending topic on Twitter for crying during the recent screenings of Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Katti Batti, said that he is not afraid to show his ‘emotional' side to the world.
"Why should I hide what kind of a person I am... I'm a highly emotional person and I'm not afraid to show it," he said.
Aamir further said that he liked the attention and had a great laugh on the tweets mocking his ‘emotional' side.
"I read all the jokes (on Twitter). I was reading them and laughing. I don't remember the jokes now, but there were some really good ones. I quite enjoyed all the attention," he was quoted as saying by leading news daily.
While Salman Khan's emotional flick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, moved many to tears including Aamir, it was surprising to see Mr. Perfectionist crying after seeing ‘Katti Batti', which is a romantic film.

Revealing the secret, Aamir said, "It's an extremely emotional and moving story about the beliefs one has in love and the extent to which one goes for those beliefs. It reminded me of moments from my own life. I am an obsessive kind of an emotional ... I am a sucker for Mills & Boon stories. The film reminded me of moments that I have been through that were highly romantic, intense and obsessive".
Aamir is currently shooting for his upcoming movie Dangal in Punjab. The actor has put on quite a lot of weight to suit the subject of the movie i.e. wrestling.
So, after seeing his emotional side, now the audiences are excited to watch the wrestler Aamir Khan in Dangal.
