New Delhi: 2 States box office collection: Rs 24.55 cr in two days, follows Gunday and Jai Ho
New Delhi: Alia-Arjun's “2 States” is turning out to be a money-minting machine at box-office and is set to become one of the highest grossers of this year.
After a flying star at box office on Friday, 2 States made an excellent total of Rs 24.55 cr by Saturday.
“2States India Fri Rs 12.42 cr, Sat 12.13 cr. Total: Rs 24.55 cr nett. India biz. Excellent!”, tweets trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
While Gunday takes the second spot with two days earning of Rs 28.75 cr in India, Jai Ho rules the charts with Rs 33.80 cr and now its Abhishek Varman's directorial becoming the third biggest opener of the year.
The overseas collection too looks promising and as reported by the trade analyst, the flick has surpassed Gunday's weekend collection in key international markets.
