New Delhi, Dec 20: You cannot hide from Kolaveri Di. And it's great fun. But for something that's truly pushes buttons, look across the border to Pakistan.
A group of Pakistani enthusiasts have come up with another version of 'Kolaveri Di' which is more of a political comment than a song.
The song is called 'Where is democracy di' and features five middle aged men who are apparently tired of the Pakistani government.
The satire is an attempt to show the nexus between the politicians and corrupt market forces.
Several versions of 'Kolaveri' have come into light in last some days but this is probably the first time when someone has used it as a political satire.
The popularity of the original song 'Kolaveri Di' sung by Rajinikanth's son-in-law Dhanush has not died down yet. The song has received more than 25 million hits on YouTube so far.
