New Delhi: Actress Yami Gautam recently grabbed a lot of attention after she was roped in for Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Kaabil’ opposite Hrithik Roshan.
The actress will be playing the role of a blind girl in the movie and is reportedly preparing hard for it.
However, on the other hand, there have been reports that the ‘Sanam Re’ actress has also bagged a role in the third instalment of the thriller ‘Race’.
While her fans are excited with this news, Yami is apparently surprised at all the “casting stories” doing the rounds.
In fact, she has stated that she will not talk about the films that are offered to her, adding that it is the “producer's prerogative to announce the news when a project is signed”.
She also took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to clear her stand and tweeted, “Have never spoken nor will I on films that I have been approached for.It's producer's previlage to make an announcement. Currently #Kaabil”.
Yami will be seen with actor Hrithik Roshan in ‘Kaabil’ and is reportedly quite excited about it. Directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Rakesh Roshan under his banner FilmKraft Productions, the film is set to release on January 26 next year.
