Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has finished the shooting of Simran featuring actress Kangana Ranaut. The director shared the news on social media and also thanked the entire cast of the film.
"And it's a wrap on #Simran. Thank you crew and friends. What a journey this has been!" Mehta posted on Twitter. The movie also stars Sohum Shah.
Kangana looked gorgeous in blue dress as she posed with the director.
"Simran" went on floors in October last year in Atlanta, United States.
It is scheduled to release in September.
Kangana was lately in the news because of nepotism comment on filmmaker Karan Johar. She called him the flag bearer of nepotism and started the debate in Bollywood.
On a related note, Kangana was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon. She shared the screen space with Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor. The movie doomed at the box office. Kangana will also be seen in Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi playing the role of a freedom fighter.
