After the mid-air tiff between stand-up comedians Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma, the latter has been said to be undergoing a stressful condition. Kapil is not only worried for the dipping TRPs of his show, but he is also dealing with health issues.
Kapil also made many Bollywood bigwigs return from his show without shooting. From Amitabh Bachchan-Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn to Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal, Kapil has cancelled the shoot of his show with other stars too.
As many as seven times Kapil has cancelled the shoot of his show till date, citing the reason of his ill health and sometimes due to his other professional commitments. It was also said that Kapil was earlier busy in the shooting of his forthcoming film Firangi and he cancelled the shoot of his show many times due to it.
Baadshaho:
Ajay Devgn’s film Baadshaho also starring Emraan Hashmi, Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta is ready to hit the theatres soon. And the Baadshaho team recently went on the set of The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their film. Unfortunately, the team was made to return from set without shooting for the show. And it was again said that Kapil cancelled the show due to his health issue.
Daddy:
And earlier this week, when Arjun Rampal along with his Daddy co-star Aishwarya Rajesh reached on the set of The Kapil Sharma Show, they were made to wait for long hours on the set. Later, the Daddy team was informed that Kapil is not well and shoot of the show was cancelled.
Manoj Tiwari:
Recently, a shoot with Bhojpuri singer Manoj Tiwari was also planned on The Kapil Sharma Show. But the shoot got cancelled due to the ongoing film workers’ strike. In an interview to DNA, Manoj said, “I was here for a day to shoot for a Bhojpuri episode on Kapil’s show. But I got a call from him saying the shooting has been cancelled.”
Amitabh Bachchan:
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was supposed to shoot along with Kapil for the promotional episode of his show Kaun Banega Crorepati 9. The shoot got cancelled due to the ongoing strike of the members of Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE).
Mubarakan:
Anees Bazmee’s Mubarakan team including Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Illeana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty went to promote their film on the set of The Kapil Sharma Show earlier. But unfortunately, the show got cancelled and the team returned from the comedy show without promoting their film. The Mubarakan promotion shoot got cancelled at the last minute as The Kapil Sharma Show host Kapil suddenly fell ill.
Guest Iin London:
This is not for the first time when Kapil fell ill at the last minute of his shoot and had earlier also he faced similar health related problem during the promotion of Paresh Rawal’s film Guest Iin London. The Guest Iin London team including Paresh Rawal, Kartik Aryan and Kriti Kharbanda went to promote their film on the comedy show in May this year, when Kapil fainted and was reported with a low blood pressure (BP) problem.

Jab Harry Met Sejal:
A similar incident occurred when Jab Harry Met Sejal team went on the show for the promotions of their film. And the shoot was cancelled due to Kapil’s sudden illness.
