Actress Raai Laxmi, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Julie 2, gave a shocking reaction when asked about her ex-lover and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. While giving interview to a leading entertainment portal, when Dhoni’s name popped up, the lady replied saying ‘Who’s he’. This raised many eyebrows. However, she went on to say that she respects the cricketer and these things should be stopped now.
Raai said that Dhoni is happily married and has a baby and now people should stop talking about it. Speaking about her relationship, the actress said that it was long time back and sometimes people have to move on as things don’t work out.
She went on to elaborate that excessive media coverage during that time saying that the actress will get married to the cricketer, made things awkward. She added that she respects the cricketer and doesn’t want to talk about it.
The actress revealed to SpotboyE, “The hype got us into an awkward space and that is why I do not talk to the media much about this, but I am talking a bit now.
For the uninitiated, in 2008, Raai was the brand ambassador of IPL team Chennai Super Kings, which was captioned by MS Dhoni. Both the stars fell in love and started dating but their relationship ended soon.
