Actress Alia Bhatt, who is busy in the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ opposite Varun Dhawan, recently appeared on a singing reality show and reportedly experienced a déjà vu moment when one of the contestants from the show pretended to faint while performing her song ‘Ishqwala Love’.
A source revealed that when a contestant of singing reality show Indian Idol, LV Revanth crooned ‘Ishqwala Love’ and pretended to faint, the actress who joined him on stage stated that while shooting the song for ‘Student of the Year’, she fainted twice as it was being filmed in the snowy region. It further added that one of the judges of the show Farah Khan who had choreographed the song also recalled some moments from the film.
As we all know that the dimpled beauty is blessed with a wonderful voice. So, she also showcased her singing talent. Alia crooned ‘Humsafar’ from her upcoming movie. The song is originally crooned by Akhil Sachdeva & Mansheel Gujral.
‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is the sequel of 2014 film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. Directed by Shahshank Khaitan, the movie is slated to release on March 10. Alia will soon start the shooting of Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Dragon’ in which she will be sharing screen space for the first time with Ranbir Kapoor.
