Bollywood buffs were quite happy about the trailer launch of two films today but unfortunately, both left them disappointed. After messy Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Deols have dropped Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. With wafer-thin storyline, cringe-worthy jokes, stereotypical characters and bunch of cameos, this so-called comedy has failed to impress.
The story is about three Deols-Dharmendra, who is an alcoholic and womaniser, Sunny Deol, who is back with his kicks and punches and last Bobby Deol, the romantic hero. After the sad tale of YPD 2, makers should have paid attention to the story, unfortunately, that doesn't look like the main concern here. The trailer shows three Punjabi men, who land in Gujarat and pretend to be Gujaratis. You get to see cameo by Salman Khan, Shatrughan Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha and Rekha. At the end of the trailer, the entire cast shows off their move on a rehashed version of Rafta Rafta Dekho Aankh Meri Ladi Hai.
Check out the trailer below:
On the professional front, Bobby made a comeback with Race 3, which was brutally panned by critics. The actor's beefed up look for the film garnered a lot of attention. On the other hand, Sunny Deol's much-delayed movie Bhaiaji Superhit, co-starring Preity Zinta will release on 19th October.
Besides Rafta Rafta Dekho Aankh Meri Ladi Hai, today Bollywood also served its fans with the rendition of Mera Naam Chin Chin Chu from Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi.
On a related note, Shree Narayan Singh also dropped the trailer of Shahid Kapoor starrer Batti Gul Meter Chalu, co-starring Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam. Haven't seen the trailer yet, here you go.
