Watch: Ranveer Singh promises lots of action in this Simmba making video

Simmba is definitely the most awaited film of this year, for many reasons. It’s the first time when Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty are coming together, Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara, will be finally making her Bollywood debut with Simmba and last but the most important fact is Ranveer will be seen in a totally different avatar as ‘Police officer’.

Those who follow Rohit Shetty and his films, knows that the director is a taskmaster and is very serious and disciplined when it comes to the stunts in the films. From flying and bursting the cars to bashing the goons, Rohit makes sure that everything in the film looks real. And what happens when a passionate actor like Ranveer meets such perfectionist and hardworking director? The result will definitely be out of the box and something similar has happened with Simmba.

Ranveer recently shared a behind the scenes video of Simmba on his Instagram handle and going by which one can make out that the film is going to be one badass flick of the year. Check out the video.

Simmba, which will see Ranveer as a police officer for the first time on screen, will launch Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan in Bollywood.

Interestingly, Sara was offered Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput before Simmba. However, owing to delay, Kedarnath's release got postponed and Simmba went onto becoming her launch vehicle.

The film will reportedly have Ajay Devgn (Rohit's very own Singham) and the Golmaal boys making cameo appearances. The actioner also starring Sonu Sood is slated to release on December 28.
