Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Fanney Khan has created quite a buzz among the audience since the moment its teaser became public. From Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s sizzling avatar to Rajkummar Rao as a bumbling kidnapper, fans have loved every bit of it. Now, the makers of the much-awaited movie have released the making of Fanney Khan and as much as it interests us onscreen, behind-the-scenes story is all the more fun.
The video starts with the introduction of the movie’s true Fanney Khan, Anil Kapoor, who performs on various Bollywood numbers in the middle of what seems to be his chawl. He performs for his neighbours and earns much praise and applaud. But this is obviously not enough to make her daughter’s dreams come true. And then the kidnapping happens.
Fanney Khan’s baby Singh aka Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is everything sizzling in the teaser. Her otherworldly charm and gorgeous smile not just take away our breath but Rajkummar Rao is also left awestruck with her beauty. This brings us to the actors sparkling chemistry onscreen, as well as off-screen. From performing onstage to being kidnapped and gagged, Aishwarya is undoubtedly a star.
Words fail to describe how apt Rajkummar Rao’s persona is to play the character Adhir, Anil’s friend, in Fanney Khan. He is innocent, he is sweet, he is daring and of course charming.

'Fanney Khan' is a one of its kind musical comedy, revolving around a father who wishes to fulfil his daughter's dream of becoming a singer. Helmed by Atul Manjrekar, the film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles. It is slated to hit the screens on August 3.
